The City of Manhattan Beach has promoted Tim Hageman to Police Captain. Captain Hageman has been with the Manhattan Beach Police Department for 22 years, and will be responsible for overseeing the Field Operations Bureau, consisting of the Patrol, Traffic, Jail Operations, SWAT, and Parking and Animal Control.
