La Puente will get its first Starbucks, along with three other chains, at the El Super shopping center by next winter.
Starbucks, Waba Grill and Pizza Hut have committed to opening locations at the shopping center at the corner of Hacienda Boulevard and Fairgrove Avenue, according to Gene Detchemendy, project manager with the shopping center’s developer Charles Co. The city previously gave the green light for a Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt as well.
